Myra was born and raised in Charleston WV. She moved to NC in 1985 after graduating from Marshall University (Go Herd💚) with a BS in chemistry. A recent empty nester, she takes great joy in talking about her kids, Katie (Atlanta) and Michael (UNC). In 1987 she began her career in Technical Sales with Silicones Inc, located in High Point. #lovemyjob is her favorite hashtag where she can be seen visiting and working with clients that she often calls friends. Myra loves meeting new people and learning their stories. She enjoys about any adventure that includes the outdoors. Hiking, gardening, fishing and kayaking to name a few. An avid reader and student of history, she strives to understand how and why things happen so we don’t repeat them. When stuck indoors you can find her cooking or sewing while watching old movies.

 

Nikki is midwest to the core. Super chatty to anyone and everyone is her friend. She was raised in Iowa and joined the Army at 17 years old. She has lived in 4 different States while in the military.  She started a  podcast in 2021 called  3 Blondes 1 Battle, a podcast where all 3 blondes manage the same autoimmune condition. She has been managing multiple sclerosis for almost 20 years holistically and constantly looking for ways to be healthier & stronger emotionally and physically. She is a full time health coach for Optavia. She resides in Winston Salem with her 15 yr old son and red-nose bully. Jesus is her joy in managing the ups and downs of LIFE. She loves relationship marketing, coaching her clients to optimal health, and building new friendships at local coffee shops.
